The shady world of Drug Companies: Many Experts Working on DSM Had Ties to Drug Makers

A recent study found that over half of the psychiatrists working to develop a diagnostic manual for mental disorders had financial ties to drug companies. These experts had often received money for research but the study could not prove if this influenced the manual's development.
