The family of a 24-year-old man who died in a train wreck plans to seek $1 million from the town of Terry, railroad company CN and Amtrak. Investigators determined that recently installed lights at the crossing had not been activated. A truck driver and about two dozen cattle he was hauling were killed in a collision at the same crossing in 2000.
